The album influenced an entire generation of rock bands, including Metallica, Slayer, and Anthrax, who went on to sell millions of records. Anvil, on the other hand, took a different path — straight to obscurity. Now they’re back with their wildly popular film: ANVIL! To celebrate, Anvil will play a LIVE set at the Village East Cinema following the 10:00pm show on Wednesay, June 3rd.
