Pras, hip-hop artist and founding member of the Fugees, premiered his new film “Skid Row” @ the Village East Cinema this weekend. In the documentary, Pras goes undercover for nine days and nights as a homeless man on LA’s Skid Row in hopes of making a statement about the state of street life in America today.
